• 8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. — Check In/Registration/String Audition for seating
• 9:30-11:30 — Choir alone-strings alone
• 11:30-12:30 — Lunch
• 12:30-2:00 — Sectionals and chorus alone
• 2:00-2:30 — Break
• 2:30-4:00 — Combined rehearsal
• 4:00 — Chorus dismissed
• 4:15-6:00 — Schubert solos w/strings alone

FRIDAY, JUNE 13, 2008

• 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.— Sectionals
• 12:00-1:00 — Lunch
• 1:00-3:00 — Strings alone, choir alone
• 3:00-3:30 — Break
• 3:30-5:00 — Combined rehearsal
• 5:00 — Chorus dismissed
• 5:00-6:00 — Schubert solos w/strings alone

SATURDAY, JUNE 14, 2008

• 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.— Combined rehearsal
• 12:00-1:00 — Lunch
• 1:00-3:00 — Strings alone, choir alone
• 3:00-3:30 — Break
• 3:30-5:00 — Start everything, run-through of program
• 5:00-7:30 — Dinner break
• 7:30 — Concert in the Theater (open to the public, no admission charge)
